Prepare Your Computer

Ensure you have a working internet connection, download and install remote control software - Olmec will guide you through this one-off step.

Start the Session

Run the remote control program, provide your unique ID and allow one-time access to your computer.

Resolution and Payment

Once the session is complete an invoice will be sent via email, payable by internet banking or credit card.


Current Rate: $1 per minute with 50% discount if your issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction
